Despite all of my treatment being carried out remotely by phone due to the pandemic I received exceptional care. My therapist rang when she said she would, always listened attentively and gave great advice and encouragement.
I felt completely consulted and included with my care and treatment.
Written information, exercises and splints arrived in a very timely fashion.
I would recommend this service to others.

It would have been ideal to have been able to see the therapist face to face but given the circumstances I completely understand that could not happen.
But I still received excellent treatment and advice.

Dad came to Cransley on 4th December and was given the best care he and us could have possibly asked for. Dad felt so happy, safe and well cared for by all staff there and we, as a family, felt complete piece of mind knowing that he was happy to be there and that he was given the absolute best medical and emotional care possible until he passed away. We also felt extremely well supported as a family by staff throughout dad's time at Cransley.
